Red wavelengths don’t suppress melatonin like white or blue light. Nighttime feeds and diaper changes happen without jolting their circadian rhythm — they stay drowsier and settle back so much faster.

We used two individual bassinets in our room before transitioning to cribs. Safe sleep is simpler when each baby has their own space from day one — and the crib transition was easy because they were already used to sleeping independently.

My single most-recommended twin purchase, full stop. I use it for nursing, bottle feeding, lounging, tummy time, and supported sitting. At 7 months, it’s still out every single day. It holds both babies at once and gives you a free hand. Worth every penny.

HANDS-FREE PUMPING BRA
[ Essential ]
If you’re pumping for two, a good hands-free bra is non-negotiable. You need both hands free constantly. This one stays on securely and works with most pump brands.

FORMULA PITCHER SYSTEM
[ Time Saver ]
Batch-mixing bottles for the day is a huge time saver when you have two babies to feed. Makes those 3am feeds so much more manageable — no measuring formula in the dark. I love this glass pitcher because after a million washes, I found the measurement marks faded off of the plastic pitcher I initially had. Also, glass is microplastic-free.
